Two decades on the network.

OLENZ Ltd is led by Carl Rathbone, a Chartered Professional Engineer with a civil and structural background and more than twenty years experience with engineering of overhead lines. Design and asset management experience paired with deep technical and software capability means OLENZ can work alongside your team — reviewing, designing, training, and building the tools — to find the soundest solution for your network.

Much of OLENZ's work is in pursuit of better engineering for the wider industry: contributing to the Line Designer's Forum, the AS/NZS 7000 standards committee, the overhead line design micro-credentials, and shared engineering resources that every network can build on.
